John Coverdale
Human Resource Director, CS&S Division, BAE Systems PLC
Jon Coverdale has worked for BAE Systems Plc since 1983. In 2004 he took the role of HR Director after the integration of RO Defence into BAE Systems. The business provides world wide through life support to military platforms. CS&S has a turnover of circa 3.5 billion pounds and 15,000 employees worldwide. Jon is a trustee for the Royal Ordnance Pension Scheme and Chairs the Administration and Audit Committee for this pension scheme.
Jon is working on Professor Ian Clarke's AIM project on strategy and leadership competencies; centrally involved in company strategy; intimate knowledge of aerospace sector.
