Mr Tony Sheehan
Ashridge Business School
Tony Sheehan is Learning Services Director at Ashridge Business School, where he is responsible for strategy, coordination and delivery of a variety of learning solutions to the business school and to direct clients. He leads the creation, maintenance and business development of the Ashridge VLRC (Virtual Learning Resource Center), an online learning resource, as well as teams and activities that guide people to relevant learning materials, including the library, psychometrics, simulations and other forms of experiential learning.
Prior to joining Ashridge, Tony was group knowledge manager and an associate Director of Arup, the global design consultancy.
Tony has published papers in key business publications such as Sloan Management Review, Intranet Strategist and the FT, and has taught at business schools such as London Business School, Cass School of Business, Henley Management College, and Imperial College Business School, where he is a visiting fellow. He is also an executive adviser to Advanced Institute of Management Research.
Tony has a first degree from Oxford University, an MBA from Loughborough University and is a chartered engineer.
