Ms Edwards is ESRC’s senior impact manager for Business and Economy, managing a portfolio of research investments in ways that maximise their impact within and beyond academia. She joined the Research Councils in 2001, working for ESRC in a number of managerial posts in research, resources and evaluation.

She has recently returned to ESRC after a 3 year secondment with Research Councils UK (RCUK) where she acted as secretary to the cross-Council Knowledge Transfer group and was RCUK Coordinator for Parliamentary Inquiries and Consultations.
