Roger Siddle is currently Group Chief Executive of Findel plc, which contains some of the UK’s leading home shopping, educational supplies and healthcare businesses. Between 2007 and 2009 he was Chief Executive of BPP, one of Europe's largest professional training and education companies, and led its successful sale to the US-based Apollo Group. From 1990 to 2007, he worked at Bain & Company, the leading global business consulting firm, and from 2001 to 2007 was Managing Partner of the UK business. His consulting experience covers a range of topics from strategy to performance improvement and change management with some of the UK's leading companies.

He is also Chairman of the Corporate Development Board of the NSPCC, and holds an MBA from Harvard.
