Agnieszka Witaszczyk

Events and Meetings Officer

Agnieszka joined AIM Research in June 2008 as the Events and Meetings Officer. Agnieszka’s key tasks for this role, are to organise and support all aspects of the workshops/ seminars programme and meetings for AIM Directors, Fellows, Scholars and Researchers.

Originally from Krakow, Agnieszka having studied linguistics and TEFL at Gama Bell College, she next moved to London to take her second degree in English Studies at Middlesex University.


Caroline Brown

Communications Officer

Caroline joined AIM Research as Press and Communications Officer in December 2008 she will be the main contact point to ensure the smooth running of the AIM Newsletters including the AIM Internal Newsletter which is disseminated fortnightly and the AIM External Newsletter which is distributed on a quarterly and e-communications.

Communications and Operations Manager (currently away on maternity leave and will return March 2011)

Claire is in charge of the daily running of the AIM Offices. She monitors and supports the structures developed for the initiative. She is responsible for managing the AIM team, running administration, events and our communications strategy. Claire will also be responsible for the relationship with our host Warwick Business School, our printers, publishers and logistics people. If you have any queries or problems about AIM or with the facilities at the AIM Offices please contact Claire in the first instance.

Esme Foster

Part - Time Operations Manager

Esme Foster joined AIM Research as Operations Manager in June 2004.Esme is in charge of the daily running of the AIM Offices. She monitors and supports the structures developed for the initiative. She is responsible for managing the AIM team, running administration, events and our communications strategy. Esme will also be responsible for the relationship with our host Warwick Business School, our printers, publishers and logistics people. Hannah Sutcliffe

Office and Website Coordinator

Hannah joined AIM Research in July 2008, as the Office and Web Administrator. Hannah’s main duties are to administrate support for the AIM Team providing help where necessary. Hannah acts as the first point of contact within the AIM Office for all AIM fellows and the wider audience. Hannah regularly checks the content of the website and is constantly updating the information on there. She also works on new relationships for marketing using Twitter, Blogs and LinkedIn which are among some of the most successful promotional tools. Hannah also works as PA to AIM Director Robin Wensley and looks after the AIM Database.


Jacqueline Brown

Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director

Jacqueline Brown is the Personal Assistant to Professor Andy Neely, both in his capacity as Deputy Director at AIM and also in his posts at the Institute for Manufacturing and the Judge Business School, both at the University of Cambridge, and also at the Cranfield School of Management. As a result of this Jacqueline splits her time between three sites, but she is always available to contact via phone and email.

Jacqueline has been involved with AIM since its inception and provides essential support, experience and insight not just to Professor Neely but also to the AIM staff.
