The Workshop
Please click here for the workshop summery including a selection of feedback testimonials.
There was an initial exchange between the music practitioners and academics. The music directors and managers presented a story or vignette from practice, and the researchers reciprocated with ideas and questions to help with an exploration of the examples.
Following this initial exchange, round table discussions were facilitated in which mixed groups of managers/directors and academics chose an example to discuss in more depth.
A plenary session was then held to discuss potential insights, learning points and specific questions that were worthy of further exploration.
The workshop started with an informal lunch from 12pm and lasted from 1pm to 4:30pm.
