AIM Fellows
AIM Ghoshal Fellows
The Ghoshal Fellowship scheme was formed in honour of the late Professor Sumantra Ghoshal, a well respected AIM Fellow who sadly passed away in March 2004.
The Ghoshal Fellows are all mid-career academics selected from more than 50 applicants, to work with AIM for a three-year period. Their research interests range from the individual manager (Robyn Thomas), management practices within firms (Julia Balogan and Paula Jarzabkowski), practices and processes for search and innovation at the firm level (Ammon Salter) to long-running change in key industry sectors (Gerben Bakker), innovation in services (Bruce Tether) and international comparative studies (Simon Collinson, Nick Bloom and Michael Jacobides).
A core theme connecting the group is the bridging of various levels of analysis, so that management practices, performance outcomes, firm-level competitive advantage and international differences are all linked.
