AIM Management Research Fora
Management Research Fora are held approximately every six months. The AIM Scholars linked to the Fora have produced a series of reports and systematic reviews, which have been published and are available from the AIM office or online.
AIM assumes that past understanding and ways of operating cannot be fundamentally re-assessed without the input of those who operate in quite different settings.
They are therefore identifying specific topics where managers, policy makers and academics can reflect on what they collectively know about managerial contributions to effective organisations. Against this base, participants will be invited to identify what needs to be known in a changing world and jointly carry out new research on these subjects.
