Developing New Routines for Managing Discontinuous Innovation

AIM Toolkits Update

The AIM Toolkit is a new section of the website, put together to help you assess your business's overall performance as well as capabilities in specific areas such as preparedness to innovate. All of the tools on this page have been kindly donated by AIM Fellows and Scholars from their own research and teaching materials, for which we are extremely grateful. If you would like to donate a tool from your own work then please contact hannah.sutcliffe@wbs.ac.uk.

Updates to the AIM Website Toolkits

We're pleased that we now offer online interactive versions of our tools for managers and small businesses - do take a look at what's available, which includes tools from Professor Lynda Gratton, Professor John Bessant, Professor Julian Birkinshaw, Professor Andy Neely and Professor Jaideep Prabhu.
