AIM at the 2009 BAM Conference - Photos and Slides Online
We thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the British Academy of Management Conference, held this year in Brighton, particularly the opportunity to meet lots of new and old AIM faces and discuss our latest projects. However if you were unable to attend this year but would still like to see what we got up to the photos from the event are now available on the AIM Website, as well as the slides from two of our notable presentations.
'Deepening territorial embeddedness? The case of Tesco in North Korea' was a fascinating presentation from Neil M. Coe from Manchester University and Yong-Sook Lee from Korea University, while Cedric Durand's presentation 'Technology, Competition and Dissidence: three issues on innovation in retailing' provided an excellent perspective and context for the launch of AIM's report, 'At the Edge of Innovation: why shifts in the boundaries of innovation matter'.

You can of course also download the full report from the Innovation Cohort, which gives an insightful overview of their findings from two years of AIM-funded research. CLICK HERE for a more detailed summary or to download 'At the Edge of Innovation' in full.
