AIM Management Practices Fellow Dr Zoe Radnor held this successful workshop which was attended by over 50 people including three Chief Executives from the Warwickshire Region.  Senior Representatives from Local Government, Health, DWP and Police met to share experiences and discuss how to lead and develop Lean across - not just within - the region.  A well-received and productive event, the workshop was met with commitment from the participants and determination to organise follow on events and activities, so we look forward to learning what emerges as a result.
