AIM Fellows Video on Innovation

There is no denying that innovation is one of the most bandied about words in modern business, but all too often mangers are seizing the buzzword without fully appreciating its implications for establishing a plan and ethos within their own organisations. With this in mind AIM Research was keen to call on the expertise of its Fellows to put together a video exploring the key issues surrounding innovation, cutting through to the essential information that managers need to know. The resulting video is an excellent starting point for managers looking to gain a clearer understanding not just of what innovation really means and why it matters, but also practical insights into what they can do within their own organisations.

‘AIM Fellows on Innovation’ is a clear and concise introduction into the many and varied research at AIM – all of the questions raised in the video, and many more besides, are explored in much greater detail on the research pages of the AIM Research website, as well as in our numerous free publications.

‘AIM Fellows on Innovation’ features: AIM Senior Fellows Professor John Bessant and Professor Julian Birkinshaw, Innovation Fellows Professor Michelle Lowe (Lead), Professor Jaideep Prabhu and Dr Jonathan Sapsed, and Ghoshal Fellows Professor Simon Collinson (Lead) and Dr Nick Bloom.
