We are proud to introduce our new sister project, AIM Practice

AIM Practice: Applied Innovations in Management

Connecting consultants with solutions and opportunities

AIM Practice is dedicated to selecting the very best in management research and translating it into products that help consultants deliver value to their clients. They offer a range of unparalleled tools to help consultants and their clients analyse their performance in everything from innovative capability to productivity, with tailor-made reports to help consultants read their results. And as they are built on the extensive and respected work of AIM Research itself, AIM Practice is the gateway to a network of some of the finest management experts operating today.

AIM Practice is launching with two excellent toolkits:

The Innovation Fitness Test has been created by AIM Senior Fellow Professor John Bessant as a diagnostic to identify the obstacles standing in the way of an organisation's capability to innovate and give consultants the tools to build a roadmap to successful innovation with their client. It will be launched at an exclusive workshop in London on 14th April 2011 with Professor John Bessant himself as an opportunity for consultants to gain valuable insight and understanding of this brand new product.

Full details of the Innovation Fitness Test and accompanying workshop are available here.

The Retail Benchmarking Toolkit offers an extensive assessment of a retail business' capabilities across thirty-four key performance areas, providing consultants a comprehensive and revealing report of their clients' areas for improvement. It provides an excellent stimulus exercise in the early stages of working with a client, giving consultants the ability to benchmark their client's performance against 1000 other UK retailers.
