We are fortunate to be able to offer this exclusive two-day workshop with Dr Scott Sampson, James M. Passey Professor of Business Management at Brigham Young University in Utah. The workshop, held at Cambridge University and free to attend, will bring together AIM Fellows and other academics from around the country. It promises to be an opportunity to take part in vibrant discussion on the latest thinking and theories around Service Operations, Design and Innovation - and attendents will also leave with new models and frameworks which they can apply in their own teaching and research.
