Managing at the Innovation Frontier – an experience‐sharing network

Project Summary

This proposal is to extend the Innovation Laboratory approach as a continuing and developing means of increasing the impact of AIM research across the user community. Participants at the Lab events are usually directly responsible for innovation management and so it can be argued represent a powerful ‘transmission belt’ for linking research-findings and insights with the world of practice in a wide range of manufacturing, service and public sector organizations.
